Your role:

• Assist in transforming AI research prototypes into practical applications.
• Contribute to the design and development of AI-powered systems and features.
• Research and apply suitable AI models, techniques, and tools under guidance.
• Support the building and deployment of AI solutions aligned with business needs.
• Help prepare datasets and data pipelines for training and inference tasks.
• Perform model evaluation, benchmarking, and contribute to performance tuning.
• Integrate existing AI libraries and frameworks into applications.
• Craft and refine prompts for LLM-based tasks and evaluations.
• Stay informed about current AI trends, including LLMs and generative AI technologies.

What makes you stand out:

• Experience in an AI Engineering or ML-related role (1–3 years preferred).
• Understanding of core ML/DL/NLP concepts and hands-on model development.
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering basics.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with key AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, Transformers, etc.).
• Exposure to LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and their practical usage.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container tools (e.g., Docker).
• Experience contributing to the deployment or monitoring of ML models in production.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical thinking and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experimentation with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience working with APIs in AI-powered applications.
• Interest in MLOps and tools like MLflow, Airflow, or SageMaker.
• Understanding of LLMOps concepts and workflows.
• Basic knowledge of edge AI or model optimization techniques.
• Background in areas like computer vision, reinforcement learning, or generative models.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or participation in AI hackathons/research.
