AI Engineer

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote | Part-Time

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join the Technology & Transformation team in a client-facing role. In this position, you will co-design, build, and present transformative AI solutions, including Agentic AI platforms, directly alongside client stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bridge technical development with client delivery to drive measurable, high-impact business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build & Deploy Agentic AI Platforms: Architect and deliver multi-agent AI systems and platforms for engagements using modern agentic frameworks. Develop RAG pipelines, integrate and optimize LLMs, and build production-ready solutions that solve real, complex business problems.

• Engineer Scalable Cloud-Based AI Solutions: Primarily work within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem while maintaining fluency across AWS and GCP. Write clean, efficient Python and SQL, design REST APIs and microservices, and apply MLOps best practices to ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and scalable.

• Engage & Deliver for Clients: Participate directly in discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and delivery presentations. Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and partner with advisory teams to ensure every solution drives measurable value.
  

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience with production-grade AI deployments

• Demonstrated experience building Agentic AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and/or CrewAI

• Strong proficiency with LLMs in production — prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and model integration; Anthropic Claude experience preferred

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Studio and Azure OpenAI Service; working knowledge of AWS and GCP

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB), REST APIs, and microservices

• Proven ability to engage directly with clients — presenting solutions, facilitating sessions, and building trust

• Strong communication skills with the ability to make complex AI concepts accessible to non-technical audiences
