Our Multimodal AI Data Intelligence Platform leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to deliver powerful capabilities such as auto-tagging, redaction, content summarization, OCR, translation, subtitle creation, object detection and tracking, content search, sentiment and emotion analysis, topic extraction, document classification, and facial attribute detection.

AI Output Verification & Accountability (Required Competency)

The candidate must be capable of effectively using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support work outputs such as content, analysis, documentation, or code. However, the candidate must also demonstrate strong judgment and ownership of the final deliverables. AI-generated output must never be treated as final without review. The candidate is expected to validate accuracy, completeness, logic, compliance, and alignment with business requirements, and refine AI-assisted work to meet the expected quality standards. The individual will be held accountable for the final output, regardless of whether AI tools were used during execution.

Responsibilities:

• Developing, testing, and deploying machine learning algorithms to enhance VIDIZMO Cognitive & Computer Vision Artificial Intelligence Capabilities & Features.
  

• Perform in-depth vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on systems, networks, and applications to uncover security weaknesses and potential threats.
• Responsibility for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs
• Ownership of final deliverables, regardless of AI assistance
• Ability to critically evaluate AI results and ensure they meet defined requirements
• Accountability for accuracy, quality, and compliance
  
• Able to create and explain your own customized solutions for specific problems such as customized neural networks, loss functions, optimizers, metrics.
  
• Develop Applications and integrations with open-Source Computer Vision and Cognitive Artificial Intelligence Services.
• Perform research, development and implementation of algorithms for image processing and computer vision.
  
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of models developed.
  
• Stay tuned to the forefront of technology research.
  
• Proven contribution to design, development and scaling of high quality, practical reliable software.
• Participate in ownership of a system that will be a core component of our machine vision and image analysis products.

Essential Skills:

• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Python, C#, or C++ including object-oriented design.
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning framework Pytorch or TensorFlow. 
  
• Experience in Computer Vision and Video analytics algorithms such as detection, classification, recognition, segmentation and tracking.
• Experience in scaling and fine-tuning existing models
• Ability to partake in Deep Learning architectural discussions and drive technical decision making

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience on datasets related to video & audio
• Preferred development experience in Backend technologies i.e. C#, C,C++, ASP.NET 
• Proven expertise in MLOps workflows, including containerization with Docker and development within Linux environments.
  
• Experience in developing Transformer and CNN-based applications.
• Knowledge of NLP
  

• Knowledge of object-oriented and functional design principles, and best practice patterns.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science
• Can work independently and have a go-getter attitude

• 3+ years industry experience in Machine Learning & Deep Learning framework and working with large data sets and system
• Authorized to Work Legally
