Our flagship product, Menteebot v3, is designed to seamlessly integrate into industrial, logistics, and retail environments, performing complex tasks with human-like adaptability.
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer Tech Lead to build the foundational infrastructure for training, simulation integration, deployment, and optimization of deep learning models that power Menteebot's intelligence.
Responsibilities- As an AI Engineer Tech Lead at Mentee Robotics, you will lead the development of scalable deep learning systems for Physical AI and humanoid robotics.
- You will own the full AI training and deployment stack, from simulator integration and large-scale data pipelines to model training, evaluation and deployment.
- In this role, you will work with petabyte-scale datasets and large-scale compute infrastructure to train state-of-the-art models that enable robots to perceive, reason, and act in the physical world.
- You will be responsible for building robust, production-grade systems that bridge simulation and reality, accelerate model iteration, and bring cutting-edge AI capabilities onto real humanoid robots.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend software engineering or machine learning infrastructure.
- Python Expertise: Extensive experience and strong proficiency in Python – a must-have.
- System Architecture: Proven ability to build robust APIs and integrate complex software components.
- Proven experience building and scaling deep learning pipelines - beyond just using existing ones.
- Comfortable working in cloud and distributed environments (e.g., AWS, SLURM).
