In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Develop and deploy generative AI models and User Interface for supply chain use cases, fine-tuning large pre-trained LLMs, evaluating modeling performance; continuously iterate and optimize the solutions.

• Develop and deploy AI logic layers to connect with OR/ML models tailored to supply chain subject areas such as demand forecasting and sensing, inventory optimization, transportation and logistics routing, supplier risk prediction, production planning and network optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, IT, and business solution implementation team to align technical solutions with business needs.

• Partners with solution architect engineer and data scientist to enable appropriate data flow/data model, using appropriate tools/technology to ensure rapid prototyping, testing and deployment

• Ensure models and UIs are robust, scalable, and production ready with clear monitoring and feedback loops.

• Stay ahead of the curve on related emerging technologies and bring innovative approaches to supply chain optimization

The essential requirements of the job include:    

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in AI or related areas, with at least 3 years focused on supply chain problems

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern ML/AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI, etc.).

• Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs) and how to fine-tune or prompt them effectively in agentic settings.

• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks (Streamlit, React, or Angular etc)

• Demonstrated ability to work on open-ended problems and prototype quickly.

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms such as AWS, Snowflake etc.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 

• Knowledge of core business processes (Supply Chain, Operations) obtained by directly working in these functions is preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP enterprise supply chain systems like Oracle, SAP

The salary range for this role is $145,000-$172,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. #LI-Remote
