How you will shape Prophero:
- Platform Development: Build, and optimize the best in class GenAI Platform backend systems using AWS, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Agent Integration: Develop AI agents that can easily connect with databases, external APIs (e.g., HubSpot), and internal tools.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Implement comprehensive testing frameworks to validate agent performance and results.
- Develop tools to continuously evaluate accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of AI outputs.
- Collaboration with Frontend & Dev Teams:Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure smooth API integrations between AI agents and user-facing applications.
- Partner with DevOps engineers to deploy and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure.
- Scalability & Security: Ensure the platform is robust, scalable, and secure to support various AI-driven applications.
- Basic Monitoring & Logging: Implement essential logging and observability to support performance evaluation and troubleshooting.
What you will bring to our team:
- Strong backend/software engineering skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and AWS services.
- Expertise in API design, system architecture, and backend development.
- Experience in collaborating with frontend and DevOps teams to build integrated solutions.
- Strong focus on testing, quality assurance, and system reliability.
- Expert in AI/ML concepts, vector databases, and DevOps best practices.
- Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
