AI Engineer/Software Engineer.
Location: -Whitefield, Bengaluru
Experience: 2-4 years
About the Role
Think of this role as building an AI program manager for the company. We coordinate work across teams, move data between systems like AWS, Freshdesk, and Tally, and close manual loops. You'll build LLM-powered automations to keep things moving. We start by streamlining internal processes and then productize successful workflows into customer-facing APIs.
What You'll Do
Build LLM-driven workflows that coordinate work across teams and systems
Integrate a messy landscape of systems including AWS, Freshdesk, Tally, databases, and spreadsheets
Work with flaky, poorly documented, and unreliable APIs to extract locked data
Make cost calls on models, routing tasks between Claude and cheaper options like GLM or Kimi
Design safe methods for workflows to access secrets and manage credentials securely
Turn internal automations into customer-facing capabilities exposed via API
Track and report your impact in hours of manual effort saved
· What We're Looking For

· Comfort with messy, real-world integrations and uncooperative systems
· Strong product thinking to build maintainable, pleasant-to-use solutions rather than rigid one-off scripts
· A strong bias toward shipping and measuring impact
Nice to Have
API development experience with a strong security mindset (access boundaries, secret management)
Infrastructure experience (AWS, deployment, monitoring, keeping automations running reliably)
Experience optimizing operational costs across multiple model providers
