The landscape of Insurance is being shaped by advancements in Machine Learning and Generative AI. From automating end-to-end routine tasks and optimizing processes to developing predictive analytics and creating personalized customer experiences, AI is a crucial core-driver of Prudential’s operational efficiency and sustainable growth.Job Responsibilities
- Support for AI/Data Tech Teams: assist senior engineers and other tech teams with data preparation, model training, experimentation, documentation, and testing.
- Assist in AI project planning/implementation/execution: contribute directly to our AI roadmap and plan such as developing a PoCs/Prototypes, building a specific model component, integrating of an AI solution, and/or conducting a review on a relevant topic.
- Others: to be assigned by the Line Manager or Department’s Director (if any).
- Assist in AI Governance and Compliance tasks
- Support adhoc tasks
Job Accountability
- Assist in data preparation, model training, experimentation, documentation, and testing.
- Assist in building and developing a PoCs/Prototypes.
Qualifications
Pursuing Bachelor of IT or Math or any other relevant Degrees.
Knowledge and skill
Good command of written and spoken English
Good analytical skill
Knowledge of Machine Learning/Deep Learning/AI
Good programming skill in Python or Javascript (Typescript)
Good knowledge of Mathematics and Statistics
