In a small and skilled multidisciplinary innovation team, you will design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions that power advanced healthcare applications. Your role:
- Develop and deploy AI models for e.g., medical imaging, automation, and predictive analytics in healthcare.
- Explore and implement innovative machine learning techniques, including deep learning and generative AI, to solve complex clinical challenges.
- Optimize AI pipelines for scalability, robustness, and real-time performance in demanding healthcare environments.
- Collaborate closely with clinicians, data scientists, and engineers to translate healthcare needs into impactful AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and maintain high-quality code through rigorous testing and best practices.
You’re the right fit if:
- You hold a BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- You bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience designing, developing and operationalizing AI/ML solutions,
preferably in health tech or other high-impact fields. - You are proficient in modern C++ (C++17/20), and familiar with modern software engineering practices.
- Experience with medical imaging, clinical data, and working in regulated environments is a strong plus.
- Experience with model optimization techniques for performance and deployment (e.g., quantization, pruning, GPU acceleration) is a strong plus.
- You thrive in agile innovation teams and enjoy working on pioneering projects that make a real-world impact.
