About the Role:
We're seeking an AI Engineer, Customer Facing to serve as a technical advisor and implementation partner for our customers. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between our AI platform capabilities and enterprise business needs, architecting and deploying solutions that deliver measurable value.
Responsibilities:
Partner with enterprise customers to identify high-value use cases and architect AI solutions that align with their business objectives
Design and develop proof-of-concept implementations and technical prototypes to demonstrate platform capabilities
Guide customers through the full lifecycle of AI implementation - from ideation and architecture to deployment and scale
Provide technical leadership in customer workshops, solution design sessions, and implementation reviews
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into platform improvements
Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and best practices
Support customer onboarding and ensure successful adoption of our AI platform
Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and relationship building
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of technical experience in solution architecture, sales engineering, or customer engineering roles
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with modern development tools and practices
Hands-on experience building and deploying production AI/ML applications
Proven track record of driving technical solutions in enterprise environments
Excellence in technical communication with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience in solution architecture and system design
Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and scaling requirements
Ability to balance competing priorities and execute in ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with LLM applications and RAG architectures
Background in technical pre-sales or customer-facing engineering
Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and frontend development
Track record of developing enterprise-grade solutions
