Job descriptionOur company (standard HDS positioning) Hitachi Digital Services is a global digital solutions and transformation business. We bring together deep engineering expertise and industry knowledge to modernise, optimise, and run mission-critical platforms at scale. The mission (CAAI-specific) CAAI is the engineering and architecture centre for AI at HDS: a practitioner-led centre that turns Hitachi global “AI ambition” into repeatable, governed delivery. The team builds reference architectures, reusable components, guardrails, and evaluation methods that can be deployed across client environments (cloud and hybrid) and productised into internal accelerators. The role (applies to all levels) You’ll design, build, and operate AI capabilities that can be safely embedded into real delivery: from LLM-enabled workflows to RAG and agent-based systems, integrated into enterprise applications and platforms, and maintained to production standards.
