Job Description

YOUR MISSION

As an AI Enablement Partner, you will be the connective tissue between Glovo's business functions and its Data and Engineering teams, turning AI potential into real, working solutions that people use every day.

This is not a role where you will be handed a strategy and asked to execute it. You will help shape the strategy, write the playbooks, build the frameworks, and sit shoulder-to-shoulder with teams across the organization until AI tools are not just available - they are a habit. We are hiring people who will be embedded partners: building things themselves when it is quick, routing  them when it is complex, and coaching teams on the ground every week as the tooling and the industry evolve. You will own a cluster of business functions as your primary domain, and contribute to cross-functional programs that raise the bar for the whole company.

You will have a technical counterpart in the central Data and Engineering teams. You do not need to be a software developer or a data engineer. You need to be someone who moves fast, thinks clearly, earns trust quickly, and is not afraid to build things with your own hands when the situation calls for it.

The position sits within the Strategy function and reports to the Director of Strategy. It operates as a horizontal capability that serves the whole business organization, with each Partner developing deep familiarity with a cluster of business functions while contributing to cross-functional programs that benefit Glovo as a whole.

THE JOURNEY

  • Own adoption outcomes across your functions: not whether tools were deployed, but whether people actually use them and whether it saves time or makes things better.
  • Be the first responder when a function has a problem AI can solve. Build it yourself if it takes a day. Spec and route it if it needs engineering. Coach a Champion to own it long-term. You decide.
  • Map, prioritise and drive the AI use-case backlog for your functions – in partnership with Sponsors and Champions, but with your own point of view on what deserves to be first.
  • Sit with teams, watch how work actually gets done, and surface automation opportunities the teams themselves have not thought to articulate. Then do something about them.
  • Co-own Glovo's AI upskilling programme alongside the Data and People teams: not as a participant, but as the person who knows what the organisation needs because you see it every day on the ground.
  • Activate, coach and sustain the network of AI Champions in your functions, so adoption scales beyond what you can personally drive.
  • Own at least one cross-functional programme for the whole organisation: the ROI evaluation framework, the tooling governance model, the use-case library, or the training curriculum.
  • Shape how Glovo governs AI spend and tooling: build a model that enables speed rather than blocking it, and hold the line between moving fast and losing control of cost.
  • Co-own the company-wide AI OKR – helping define what progress actually means for a 3,000-person organisation transitioning to AI-first.
  • Ensure that every use case solved well in one function is immediately accessible to every other function. Break silos. Raise the floor for everyone.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 5 to 8 years of professional experience, ideally spanning strategy, business operations, consulting, product, or a similar generalist role at a fast-paced tech or tech-adjacent company.
  • A track record of driving complex, ambiguous programmes to real outcomes - not just to slide decks.
    • You have shipped things. You know the difference.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: you are equally comfortable presenting to a VP and sitting with a Legal analyst to debug a workflow together. You adapt your register without losing your point.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI tools - you use them daily, you understand their limits, and you can get a non-technical person from zero to useful in a session. Prompt-level proficiency is expected; machine learning expertise is not.
  • Experience with workflow automation or no-code/low-code tooling. You do not need to write production code, but you can build and ship functional automation independently using tools like N8N, Zapier, Make, Claude, etc.
  • The disposition to write the playbook, not follow one. You are energised by blank pages, not paralysed by them.

YOU ARE:

  • Strategically minded and operationally sharp - you can think at the systems level and still get into the details when needed.
  • A natural connector: between teams, between tools, between the possible and the practical.
  • Comfortable with influence without authority - you have no direct reports, but you move things. You know how to make people want to work with you.
  • Fast and pragmatic: you optimize for shipped over perfect, and you know when that is the right call.
  • Genuinely curious about AI - not as a buzzword, but as a set of tools that can meaningfully change how work gets done.
