Position Overview
As the AI Enablement Lead, People and Places you will play a pivotal role in empowering HR teams across People and Places to confidently and responsibly use AI in their day-to-day work. You will be responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive enablement program that builds fluency, drives new AI systems and tool adoption, and supports behavior change. This role is critical in ensuring that our investment in AI translates into real-world productivity, engagement, and impact—by making AI accessible, understandable, and useful to every HR professional.
You will report into the Senior Manager, AI Strategy and Transformation, People and Places and will work remotely based in the United States or Canada.
Responsibilities
Design and lead the AI Enablement Plan for all of PPL, focused on equipping HR teams to use AI tools effectively and responsibly
Develop role-based enablement content for COEs, HRBPs, HR Ops, and leadership — spanning productivity tools, new AI Saas tools, AI copilots, and HR-specific use cases
Parachute into PPL teams that are implementing AI transformation tools to ensure tools are leveraged and new processes are understood
Facilitate learning programs, toolkits, demos, and coaching to build AI fluency and digital confidence
Partner with L&D, Change, and Comms to ensure cohesive, scalable enablement across the org
Partner with teams across People & Places to provide just-in-time enablement, training, and change management during AI tool rollouts — ensuring smooth adoption and behavior change aligned to our responsible AI principles
Track adoption, skill progression, and feedback to evolve training in alignment with maturity
Serve as a trusted guide for the culture and behavior shifts required in an AI-augmented HR function
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in HR , with broad exposure to introducing new systems and tools to enable transformation
Strong facilitation and instructional design skills, with a focus on adult learning principles
Familiarity with GenAI, AI tools, or digital productivity platforms used in HR settings
Experience rolling out new technologies or large-scale behavior change programs in HR
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to tailor content for various personas
Preferred Qualifications
Background in digital transformation or AI literacy programs
Understanding of the ethical and responsible use of AI in HR
Prior experience working in a global, cross-functional HR environment
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) or instructional design
