This role focuses on enabling senior executives to confidently leverage AI tools, driving organizational transformation, and cultivating a culture where AI fluency becomes a core leadership capability.

Job Description

As a trusted partner to business leaders and cross-functional teams, the Manager will design and deliver our AI enablement program for Executives, oversee scalable AI training initiatives, and connect adoption strategies to measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines deep curiosity for emerging AI technologies with exceptional communication and change management skills.

As a member of the AI Enablement & Engagement workstream within the AI Strategy & Transformation team, the Manager will shape and lead AI enablement experiences for Comcast’s most senior leaders while building systems to scale AI literacy and adoption across the enterprise. The role bridges business and technology — translating complex AI concepts into accessible, actionable insights, and empowering employees at every level to work smarter, faster, and more creatively through AI.

This position requires a mix of executive engagement, strategic planning, and hands-on delivery. The Manager will operate as both an advisor and builder, helping to define the roadmap for AI enablement and creating the playbooks, experiences, and content that make AI practical, responsible, and transformative for Comcast.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Executive Enablement & Advisory:
    • Serve as a strategic advisor and personal AI enabler for Comcast leaders, supporting experimentation, adoption, and integration of tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and emerging AI platforms
    • Design and deliver high-impact executive training sessions, demos, and 1:1 coaching experiences that connect AI directly to leadership workflows and decision-making
    • Create tailored materials and onboarding experiences that make AI approachable, intuitive, and tied to measurable business value
    • Partner with senior leaders to identify and pilot AI use cases that drive productivity, enhance customer experience, and strengthen competitive advantage
    • Act as a thought leader and storyteller, translating complex AI concepts into actionable business insights and compelling narratives for non-technical audiences
    • Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, and AI Center of Excellence teams to resolve real-time challenges and ensure seamless executive experiences with new AI tools
  • Enterprise Adoption & Training:
    • Support the design and deployment of scalable AI training programs, from foundational learning to advanced certification pathways
    • Oversee content strategy for enterprise AI enablement — ensuring training materials, playbooks, and communications remain current, engaging, and aligned to business priorities
    • Partner with Learning & Development, HR, Internal Communications, and business units to embed AI learning into leadership development, onboarding, and talent initiatives
    • Measure learning effectiveness and iterate on training delivery using adoption metrics and feedback loops
  • Measurement, Insights & Reporting:
    • Define and track success metrics for AI enablement, including engagement, adoption, and business impact across leadership cohorts and broader employee segments
    • Partner with Enterprise BI to produce executive-ready dashboards and progress reporting against AI adoption KPIs
    • Translate insights into strategic recommendations for continuous improvement and future enablement investments
    • Ensure alignment with Comcast’s enterprise AI strategy and governance frameworks
  • Cultural Engagement, Awareness & Communications:
    • Drive initiatives that embed AI into Comcast’s culture — including AI Champions program and internal community-building events such as hackathons, share sessions and recognition programs
    • Lead responsible AI adoption and cultivate enthusiasm for innovation through storytelling and visible leadership engagement
    • Identify and elevate success stories that inspire confidence and accelerate adoption across the organization.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4–6 years of experience in technology enablement, consulting, or digital transformation, including direct engagement with senior executives
  • Proven experience designing and delivering executive learning or advisory programs focused on technology adoption or business transformation
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect AI capabilities to strategic priorities and measurable outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — capable of making complex topics engaging, actionable, and relevant
  • Deep curiosity for AI trends, emerging tools, and the future of work; hands-on familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Notion AI
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives in large, matrixed organizations
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and adapting in a fast-evolving landscape
  • Ability to travel for in-person leadership engagements as required

Preferred:

  • Experience in enterprise learning, change management, or digital transformation leadership
  • Knowledge of AI governance, ethical use frameworks, or enterprise tool enablement strategies
  • Proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Familiarity with Comcast’s culture and operating model
