Data Program Management, Analysis
Role Summary
Lead end‑to‑end program management and delivery analysis for large‑scale initiatives within the Target State xData Platform. Own execution oversight, dependency management, and delivery analytics across Data Platform Architecture, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Product workstreams, ensuring programs are delivered predictably, transparently, and in alignment with enterprise priorities supporting Core Reference, IBOR, DataHub, Stamford Data Wareshouse, and many other data initiatives. As importantly, this role needs to lead business-facing data operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and governance of complex, multi‑workstream data and analytics programs
Establish and maintain integrated program plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments
Provide delivery oversight across Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Product teams
Track and analyze program‑level delivery metrics, milestone health, and critical path dependencies
Perform impact analysis for scope changes, architectural decisions, and delivery trade‑offs
Drive identification, tracking, and resolution of program‑level risks, issues, and cross‑team dependencies
Coordinate program activities with Architecture, Security, and enterprise governance forums (e.g. ARB)
Prepare clear, executive‑ready program status reports for senior leadership
Facilitate program reviews, steering forums, and leadership checkpoints
Drive consistency and continuous improvement in delivery processes, reporting, and execution practices
Mentor and guide project managers and delivery analysts supporting the program
Lead a business data operation lead in the region, review and optimize standard operation procedure, identify areas for automation using AI.
Oversee daily operation of this team, trouble shoot issues, and manage escalation.
Qualifications
Strong experience leading large, cross‑functional technology or data programs
Proven expertise in program‑level planning, execution governance, and delivery analysis
Experience working closely with architecture, platform engineering, and data engineering teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate delivery data into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills across technical, business, and executive stakeholders
Experience operating within enterprise governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
Familiarity with data platforms, analytics, or cloud‑based delivery environments preferred
Prior business operation team leadership in asset management industry
Experience in regulated or large‑scale enterprise environments preferred
Financial or enterprise data platform background preferred but not required

- Strong solution architecture capability and ability to design and deliver end-to-end solutions
