AI Digital Experience Engineer
We have an opportunity for an AI Digital Experience Engineer to join our HR Operations team in Mexico City, MX, reporting to the Associate Manager, Central Services Transformation. In this pivotal role, you will build and run the intelligent, AI-powered experiences our employees, managers, and candidates rely on every day—turning approved designs and use cases into working agents, workflows, and conversational experiences that make our HR and Workplace systems feel like one simple, natural-language front door. Collaborating closely with People & Places subject-matter experts, IT, and Security, you will configure, test, and continuously improve these experiences in a fast-moving, AI-first environment—shipping solutions that are useful, trusted, and well-governed while growing your craft alongside a highly collaborative global team
Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Translate needs from the People and Place Centers of Excellence into AI driven experiences (agents, tools, apps)
- Build AI agents, workflows, and conversational experiences on platforms such as Glean, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Oracle HCM / Redwood, and ServiceNow
- Implement approved use cases end to end—configuration, prompt and content tuning, integrations, and testing
- Enhance the agentic experience layer to deflect routine (Tier-0/Tier-1) questions and guide people to the right next step
- Partner with Centers of Excellence and content owners to ensure answers come from official, current source material
- Test, monitor, and optimize experiences before and after launch, tuning based on usage, feedback, and quality metrics such as deflection and resolution rates
- Ensure experiences meet data privacy, security, and compliance standards, applying Infoblox responsible-AI practices in partnership with IT and Security
- Document solutions and create reusable templates and how-to guidance so experiences can be supported, reused, and scaled
- Collaborate with People & Places SMEs and technical partners to identify friction and deliver practical improvements
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software/systems development, automation engineering, or digital experience; or 3 years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent practical experience
- Expertise building with low-code/no-code and automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Glean, ServiceNow, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tooling (e.g., Claude, M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) and practical prompt-engineering skills
- Working knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python or JavaScript) and of APIs and integrations between enterprise systems
- Proven ability to translate business processes into reliable, well-tested solutions and to manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to collaborate across a global, cross-functional, multi-time-zone team with strong written and verbal communication in English
- Sound judgment on data privacy, security, and compliance in an enterprise environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Preferred: experience with HR, IT, or Facilities systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD/ITSM) and exposure to AI/ML concepts, RAG, or agent orchestration

One Year: Own delivery for a set of digital experiences within People & Places from build through ongoing optimization; serve as a go-to hands-on resource on our AI platforms and help raise AI fluency across the team; and demonstrably improve the Bloxer experience while freeing up capacity for higher-value work.
