We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer (New College Graduate) with a strong foundation in Software Engineering or an equivalent background and hands-on experience with modern AI technologies. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven software solutions, including Large Language Model (LLM) applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, Agentic AI workflows, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, and services built on REST APIs. A key part of this role is leveraging AI to transform manual, repetitive, and rules-based workflows into intelligent, autonomous workflows, improving efficiency, scalability, and consistency across the organization. You will collaborate closely with senior AI engineers, software developers, and cross-functional partners to build intelligent, scalable, and high-performance applications. This position is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about AI, eager to learn, and excited to apply AI technologies to solve real-world challenges and automate traditional workflows.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain AI-enabled applications, leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, agent-based frameworks, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, and REST API–driven services.
Build data pipelines and structured storage solutions using MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, applying database normalization principles.
Implement backend components and automation tools using Python, Java, C++, or C#, ensuring clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Use AI-assisted tools to improve coding efficiency, assist in code reviews, and accelerate development cycles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and AI-driven capabilities.
Participate in model evaluation, prompt engineering, and optimization of LLM-based workflows.
Contribute to version-controlled projects using Git, GitHub workflows, and modern development environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model integration, data ingestion, or system performance.
Bachelor of Software Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Knowledge of modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and RESTful API integrations.
Understanding of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQLite, including familiarity with database normalization.
Proficient in programming languages including Python, MySQL/SQL, C++, or C#.
Experienced with development tools and frameworks such as VS Code, HeidiSQL, GitHub, and Git version control (branching, merging, resolving conflicts, Git commands).
Able to utilize AI-assisted tools to support coding, debugging, and development workflows.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities when partnering with cross-functional groups.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and explore emerging AI technologies.
Skills Required
