Summary

eClerx is looking for a AI Developer with  5-7 years of experience including 2-4 years of experience in AI Development space  experience in designing and deploying production-grade GenAI applications. This role focuses on leading advanced analytics initiatives for the Money Movement business by architecting scalable RAG and agent-based solutions that drive productivity and highly customized outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain), MLOps, and cloud-native architectures such as Kubernetes. You will design and optimize agentic architectures, implement training and feedback loops, ensure compliance and security standards, and mentor team members on advanced AI solution development. Strong architectural thinking, scalability experience, and stakeholder collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead analytics to deepen core areas for Money movement business through different analytical solutions with a focus on leveraging Generative AI capabilities to enhance productivity and build highly customized solutions.
• Architect, design, and lead the development of production-grade Generative AI applications and complex Agentic solutions.
• Evaluate different agentic architectures and evolving industry practices to select the optimal approach for business problems.
• Design and implement agent training, performance measurement, correction, and feedback processes, and create/articulate new architectural options.
• Ensure solutions meet stringent compliance, security, and performance management standards.
• Collaborate with and advise business stakeholders on the scope and capabilities of Generative AI solutions.
• Mentor other data scientists in the team, training them in advanced Agentic solution development and software engineering best practices.

Eligibility Requirements

• Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Python, Snowflake, and SQL Server, including data modeling, performance tuning, and working with structured and semi-structured data (data extraction, transformation, and analysis). Mandatory exposure to Data Science and operating compute environments such as Kubernetes services.
• AI / GenAI: Proven experience building AI-driven insights from enterprise data. Strong understanding of RAG architectures; Graph RAG expertise is mandatory. Must-have experience building NLQ (Natural Language Query) interfaces.
• Integrations: Hands-on experience integrating and supporting data ingestion from Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, and internal/external APIs. Skilled in monitoring, debugging, and optimizing data pipelines and data flows.
• Cloud & Automation: Proficient in using cloud services for data ingestion and automation, leveraging Python scripting and/or orchestration tools.
• Data Governance: Exposure to data quality, governance, and automation best practices.
• Programming: Strong software engineering skills in Python; Java and React JS are preferred.
• Genesys (Preferred): Knowledge of Genesys PureCloud APIs/SDKs and Architect Flow is a plus.
• Delivery / Transformation: Experience supporting large-scale platform transformations and managing multiple parallel development initiatives with effective prioritization.
• Ways of Working: Comfortable working in an Agile delivery model.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills; able to collaborate effectively across teams beyond direct reporting lines.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $100K - $120K. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
