We are looking for AI/ML developers to build cutting-edge AI systems that support our mission of transforming how organizations understand and improve the Employee Experience. Join us as one of the founding members of our new Toronto team.
What You’ll Work On

Build AI that drives real impact

  • Develop AI agents that turn insights into action — from conversational listening to AI coaching that's proven to drive change at scale
  • Build and deploy NLP models that analyze employee feedback
  • Develop our agent platform, making it easier to build, test, and deploy new agent capabilities

Ship fast, learn faster

  • Work with cross-functional teams including people from product engineering, data engineering, and software engineering to integrate AI into production systems
  • Follow a rapid iterative process that integrates feedback to move from idea, to prototype, to real world use case
  • Document and share knowledge, insights, and learnings with the larger team

Stay at the forefront of AI

  • Engage with and lead our thinking on AI by staying current with advancements in the field
  • Attend conferences, workshops, and industry events
  • Bring emerging ideas back to the team and explore their application to employee experience
What We’re Looking For

Core requirements

  • 3+ years building and shipping AI, ML, or NLP systems
  • Strong Python programming and ability to write clean, maintainable code
  • Comfortable working with LLMs — fine-tuning, prompting, and building products around them
  • Experience with modern machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)
  • Experience working with data at scale (SQL, data warehouses, cloud platforms)

  • You're comfortable with the full lifecycle of a system built on AI — from experimentation to production monitoring

  • We use OpenAI, AWS, Snowflake, and a variety of ML tools, but we care more about your ability to learn than any specific tool experience
