We are looking for a talented AI Developer with 5-7 years of experience to help design and implement AI-driven solutions that optimize business processes across the Quote to Cash cycle, manufacturing, and retail sales. As an AI Developer, you will play a key role in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI applications that address business challenges, enhance efficiency, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain AI models and solutions tailored to the Quote to Cash cycle, manufacturing processes, and retail sales operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
• Design and optimize machine learning algorithms to automate tasks, improve forecasting, and drive business intelligence in various business domains.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and databases, ensuring seamless functionality across platforms.
• Conduct data analysis and feature engineering to improve model accuracy and predictive capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior architects and data scientists to improve model performance and implement best practices.
• Support the deployment of AI models into production environments, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing AI models to keep up with emerging trends in machine learning and data science.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience as an AI Developer, with a strong understanding of machine learning, data analysis, and algorithm development.
• Practical experience working within the Quote to Cash cycle, manufacturing, and retail sales environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or similar, with experience in AI and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Strong background in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data wrangling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools used for AI/ML deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a matrix team environment with both internal and 3rd party development teams (onshore / offshore).
• Hybrid Work Model 
• Working Time: India 2nd Shift till 11:30 PM IST / 2:00 AM EST or 12:30 AM IST / 3:00 AM EST

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or business intelligence tools in an AI/ML context.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and how to present AI results to business users.
• Understanding of best practices for model versioning, deployment, and monitoring.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
