About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to collaborate with technical teams in integrating AI solutions into production workflows. The role will involve working closely with R&D to construct vital tools and pipelines that will be utilized across various development sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive AI projects from conception to production-ready systems, leveraging large language models (LLMs).

• Integrate AI technologies into existing infrastructures, such as Perforce, Jenkins, and Unreal Engine 5, while ensuring system reliability for daily operations.

• Conduct hands-on engineering while enabling other developers through insights on model capabilities and limitations.

• Communicate challenges early in the project lifecycle and conduct assessments of project scope, feasibility, and risks

• Develop an AI-assisted branch integration platform for resolving merge conflicts.

• Create an automated test and fix-suggestion framework based on crash report analysis.

• Establish shared AI infrastructure to support other teams with evaluation and monitoring tools.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience.

• Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with C++ or C# is preferred.

• Proven experience in deploying LLM-based systems to production, including prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.

• Solid understanding of version control systems, including Perforce and Git.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes.

• Good knowledge of procedural failure handling and human review processes.

• Excellent proficiency in verbal and written English.

• Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in the video game industry with knowledge of UE5 project structures.

  • Skills in Jenkins pipeline authoring and usage of shared libraries.

  • Expertise in neural networks related to code analysis and natural language processing.

  • Proficiency in user interface/user experience design for professional tools.

  • Experience with model fine-tuning or self-hosting considerations.

  • Data engineering experience, particularly in processing historical development data.

  • Experience in facilitating tool and workflow adoption through various means.

  • A passion for gaming and its development aspects.
