The Role

This is a hands-on internship for someone who wants to learn how enterprise AI actually gets deployed, in production, not in theory.

You'll work on enterprise accounts and learn how customers' businesses really run, their call flows, agent talk-tracks, compliance constraints, and the telephony, payment, and CRM systems behind them, and to figure out where an AI agent can take over work that people do today. You'll help translate that understanding into precise designs for how the agent should think, speak, and behave, then validate that it performs the way it should before it ever touches a live call.

It's demanding, high-ownership work, and it's designed as a pathway to a full-time AI Deployment role based on performance.

The Stipend - INR 40,000/month + Food & Travel


What You'll Do

Understand the Customer's Business

  • Study how each customer's collections or servicing operation actually runs: call flows, agent scripts, compliance requirements, and the systems they rely on
  • Learn the domain well enough to tell what matters and what doesn't in a given workflow

Identify Where Agentic AI Fits

  • Map current human workflows step by step and pinpoint where an AI agent can replace or augment them
  • Help translate that into call flow diagrams and interaction maps that define how the agent should behave across every scenario
  • Turn ambiguous, messy customer reality into clear, actionable inputs for Prodigal’s engineering team.

Validate the Agent Performs

  • Run structured test calls to confirm the agent behaves the way the design intended across happy paths, edge cases, and adversarial scenarios
  • Document gaps clearly enough for an engineer to act on, and support the test → flag → retest → validate loop

Drive Momentum 

  • Keep every deployment moving by owning the milestones, follow-ups, and loose ends that decide whether a go-live lands on time, and clearing blockers before they become problems
  • Stay relentlessly on top of things for the customer: responsive, reliable, and a step ahead, so they always trust their deployment is in good hands

Post-Go-Live Success

  • Track agent KPIs after launch, surface issues early, and log bugs backed by concrete examples
  • Ensure strong adoption and usage, while delivering success and value realisation for the customer(s).
Who You Are
  • Final-year student or recent graduate (Voice AI domain knowledge is preferred)
  • Genuinely curious about how a business works under the hood, quick to learn an unfamiliar domain, and motivated by solving real business problems rather than just analyzing them
  • You understand how modern AI agents actually work: you have a practical sense of why an LLM-based agent behaves the way it does, where it breaks, and how prompts and configuration shape its behaviour. Bonus if you've built something hands-on with AI tools
  • Comfortable reading a basic integration spec and holding a credible technical conversation; you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to be technical
  • You anticipate problems before they surface, and you notice the one scenario nobody thought to check
  • You thrive in ambiguity and figure things out without waiting to be told how
  • Willing to work some overlap with US time zones, since our customers are North American
  • Bonus, not required: exposure to voice AI or conversational AI, or interest in the US consumer finance / debt collections industry
