任职资格
1. 大专及以上，有内容运营、数据分析、热点研究经验优先。
2. 对抖音热点、爆款、算法逻辑有深度理解。
3. 具备优秀数据分析能力、信息整理能力、总结输出能力。
4. 熟悉各类热点工具、数据分析平台、AI创作工具。

Skills Required
- Associate degree or above
- Experience in content operations, data analysis, or trend research
- Deep understanding of Douyin/TikTok trends and algorithm logic
- Strong data analysis, information organization, and report writing skills
- Familiarity with trend tools, data analysis platforms, and AI content-creation tools
