Your day at NTT DATA

The Senior IT Data Architect is an advanced subject matter expert, accountable for designing, developing, and implementing the overall data architecture and data solutions for the organization.
This role involves analyzing data requirements, defining data models, and working with the relevant stakeholders to ensure the integrity, security, and availability of data assets.
The Senior IT Data Architect works across multiple teams to understand business needs and translates them into effective data strategies and solutions.

What you'll be doing

Roles and Responsibilities:AI Initiative Leadership:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies and solutions.
• Drive the AI initiative from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the integration of AI technologies with existing data infrastructure.

Pre-Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and propose AI solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of AI capabilities.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and other sales materials.

Project Delivery:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of AI projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure quality standards are met.

Data Management and Analytics:

• Oversee data governance and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
• Implement data management strategies, including data quality, metadata management, and master data management.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools to extract insights from data and support AI model development.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with customer's to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
• Provide training and support to team members on AI technologies and best practices.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Technical Expertise:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI, data management, and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly those relevant to the financial sector.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AI-related and data-related issues promptly.

Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored AI solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on AI and data management.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Professional Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI implementation and data management, preferably within the financial industry.
  • Proven track record of managing AI projects and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Experience in pre-sales support and client engagement.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, IBM WatsonX, etc).
  • Strong knowledge of data management principles, data warehousing, and analytics.

• Analytical Skills:
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and AI algorithms.

• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to present complex AI and data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Certifications (Preferred):
  • Certifications in AI, data management, or related fields (e.g., CDMP, CBIP) is an additional value
  • Relevant certifications in data management or AI space.
