Join Qonto's Business Intelligence team as a Data AI Intern and drive the next wave of operational efficiency through cutting-edge AI solutions. You'll be at the forefront of our company-wide innovation strategy, transforming how teams access and utilize data to make faster, better decisions.

Working closely with Maxime, our AI specialist, and under the guidance of Erwan, our Director of Business Analytics, you'll deliver AI solutions that directly impact productivity across HR, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams. Your work will help Qonto's 600,000+ customers benefit from more efficient, data-driven operations.

• Drive GenAI initiatives from conception to production, delivering key solutions that transform how teams access and utilize data across departments
• Create and maintain AI tools with database and AI components that employees across the company will use daily, such as Claude.ai or Notion AI, Omni and more
• Build robust data models using SQL and DBT to support AI implementations and ensure reliable data access
• Master prompt engineering techniques to leverage existing AI models and meet Qonto's specific cross-functional needs
• Establish and optimize AI process standards through user testing, validation, and continuous improvement to ensure quality and effectiveness

• Cutting-edge environment: Work in one of the most innovative BI teams in the Paris tech ecosystem, within an established team of 20 professionals already leveraging AI
• High-impact projects: Contribute to initiatives that transform how departments access and utilize data, with direct visibility of your work's value across the company
• Advanced methodologies: Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI technologies including Claude, Notion AI and custom AI solutions
• Modern tech stack: Work with SQL, DBT, Snowflake, Notion, Omni and Claude Code in a data-rich environment
• Collaborative approach: Daily standups with the team and weekly 1:1s with Maxime to discuss priorities and accelerate your learning

You'll work directly with Maxime, our AI specialist, who will provide daily mentorship and guidance.

The broader team is led by Erwan, our Director Business Analytics, who brings nine years of international data operations experience from dynamic markets in Shanghai and Singapore. After swapping dumplings for croissants, Erwan joined Qonto with a unique perspective on data strategy and business intelligence. He's passionate about leveraging data to drive business success and fostering collaborative, innovative team environments. Plus, if you ever fancy a jog, he's your guy — just try to keep up!

• Academic foundation: Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1 or M2) in Engineering or Business School with a strong technical background
• SQL mastery: Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data modelling — this is essential for building effective AI solutions
• AI experience: Demonstrated experience building bots or AI tools (using Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) with technical skills in prompt engineering
• Business mindset: Innovation-driven approach that bridges technical capabilities with business needs; ability to understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Communication excellence: Strong English proficiency and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across HR, Sales, Finance, and Marketing
• Bonus skills: Knowledge of DBT, Python, Omni, or statistical analysis is a plus
