AI & Creative Tech Generalist — Hybrid Role
We're a small, fast-moving team at the intersection of AI and media entertainment. We work alongside veteran Hollywood film and TV professionals on high-value intellectual property — the kind of projects where quality, consistency, and protecting the IP actually matter. We're looking for someone young, hungry, and curious to join us as our go-to person for all things AI, automation, and creative technology.
This isn't a traditional dev role. You'll wear a lot of hats. And you'll be in the room with people who've shipped real content to real audiences — so bring your A-game and your curiosity in equal measure.
What you'll do:
- Build and vibe-code tools using Claude Code, Cursor, and other AI-assisted development environments — you don't need to be a senior engineer, but you need to be resourceful and unafraid of a terminal
- Create and manage AI image generation pipelines (LoRAs, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, FLUX, Qwen — if you know some of these, great; if not, you'll learn fast)
- Test, evaluate, and stay current on new AI tools and models as they drop — we need someone who's genuinely excited about this space, not just clocking in
- Set up and maintain servers, deploy bots, manage cloud infrastructure
- Build internal tools and automations that make the team faster
- Support content creation workflows for media and entertainment projects involving established IP
- Help build QA pipelines for AI-generated visual content — consistency and IP protection are critical in our work
Who you are:
- Technically curious and self-directed — you Google things, read docs, watch tutorials, and figure it out
- Comfortable in a terminal, even if you're still learning
- Genuinely excited about AI, generative media, and where this space is going
- Good at context-switching — some days debugging Python, other days testing a new image model, other days setting up a server
- You don't need permission to explore — you see a new tool, you try it, you report back
- Comfortable saying "I don't know yet, but I'll figure it out"
- Professional and discreet — you'll have access to unreleased IP and work alongside industry veterans who expect reliability and confidentiality
- Funny — or at least able to take a joke
Nice to have (not required):
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, or any scripting language
- Familiarity with ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, or other image generation tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, RunPod, etc.)
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills — bridging traditional creative workflows with AI tools is a big part of this
- Understanding of IP protection, brand consistency, or content QA
- Interest in children's media, animation, or entertainment
- A GitHub or portfolio showing things you've built or tinkered with
The details:
- Hybrid — some in-person (near Sherman Oaks area), some remote
- Flexible structure: full-time, part-time, or contract depending on fit
- Compensation competitive, DOE
- This role will grow as you grow — the right person will have a lot of room to shape it
- You'll be working directly with experienced film and TV professionals — a real opportunity to learn from people who've done this at the highest level
