About the role

  • Lead and scale a high-performing team of creatives focused on digital marketing content.
  • Mentor and supervise team members to accelerate their creative growth and technical mastery across design, video, and AI tools.
  • Drive creative ideation and asset execution for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more), with a strong focus on performance and speed.
  • Develop and maintain scalable creative systems (AI workflows, asset libraries, modular templates, versioning protocols).
  • Use data and testing results to build a fast iteration loop, optimizing visuals and narratives based on actual campaign performance.
  • Act as the internal reference for AI creative tools and workflows (Runway, Sora, Midjourney, Veo, ChatGPT, etc.), fostering experimentation and training others.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align creative execution with growth objectives and KPIs.
  • Build creative frameworks that balance quality, speed, and results.

About you:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in performance-focused creative production - digital design, video editing, or creative teams, focused on creativity, growth and efficiency.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong creative leadership experience: mentoring, managing feedback loops, and scaling teams with a growth mindset.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI design tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, etc.).
  • Experience creating assets for high-performance digital campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, iterative, data-driven environments (agency, startup, or in-house growth team experience is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of analytics and creative testing (CTR, hook rate, retention curves, etc.) and how they inform creative decisions.
  • Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems and asset management libraries (LucidLink, Cloudinary, etc.).
