AI Content Specialist

We’re looking for a skilled AI Content Specialist to build smart, scalable AI workflows and create standout visual content. You’ll work hands-on with leading generative AI tools, collaborate with creative and technical teams, and own projects from idea to delivery. Build and automate AI workflows: 

• Design pipelines (ComfyUI, n8n) for production-ready assets,
• Working with third-party inference engines (Fal.ai, Replicate, Hugging Face). 
• Deploy and manage inference endpoints on GPU clouds (RunPod, MimicPC, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Fine-tune or LoRA-train models for brand consistency, maintaining version control.

Create visual content and collaborate: 

• Ideate and produce quality images, videos, music, SFX, using generative AI tools and creative suites. 
• Collaborate with internal production teams, developing creative guidelines and prompt libraries.

Project ownership and management:

• Translate requests into clear roadmaps and timelines. 
• Drive cross-functional communication with Product Managers, Designers, and R&D.
• Track progress, measure quality, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Establish best practices for documentation, versioning, and knowledge-sharing.
• Data - Define quality metrics; query BI dashboards; A/B test prompts

• Portfolio that demonstrates a sharp visual eye: images, video, music or SFX generated with generative AI plus traditional tools (Adobe CC, DaVinci, etc.)- A Must!
• Proven experience in building end-to-end pipelines with ComfyUI, n8n (or similar).
• Comfortable with third-party inference engines (Fal.ai, Replicate, Hugging Face APIs).
• Hands-on deployment of GPU workloads on RunPod, MimicPC, AWS, GCP; familiar with instance sizing, cost controls and monitoring.
• Proven record of fine-tuning / LoRA-training diffusion or transformer models and managing checkpoints in Git-based version control.
• Proven experience partnering with production teams (design, video, audio) and translating briefs into great content or scalable AI workflows.
• Python knowledge is a plus.
