At Leaply, we value ownership over job titles, and impact over process. As we scale, we're looking for a Content Manager to shape how content is created, produced, and scaled across our product.

Content is the product — structured practice plans, guided video and audio sessions, and the daily prompts that turn signups into habits. As AI Content Manager, you'll own how these plans come to life, partnering with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape the user experience in the app. Over time, you'll expand into cross-functional work on new product features that depend on content quality and depth. You'll design the workflows and AI pipelines that let us produce more, faster, and better.

• Notion and Slack for collaboration and task management

• Amplitude and Tableau for product analytics

• AI tools (GPT, Claude, n8n, and others) for content scaling and automation

Content design. Shape how our plans are structured, how content modules fit together, and how personalization layers on top.

Cross-functional product work. Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers on features that depend on content. You'll be in the room when these are shaped, not briefed at the end.

AI-powered production. Build workflows that multiply output through AI — from script generation to voiceover automation. This is how the team already works.

Quality and localization. Set the bar for what good content looks like at Leaply. Own how quality holds up across languages as we expand.

Measurable impact. Use product data to decide what to build, kill, or iterate on. Your decisions directly affect retention and engagement.

Production coordination. Oversee content production end-to-end, from brief to finished asset. Partner with internal and external production resources.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in content roles at consumer product companies — subscription apps, EdTech, wellness, gaming, or similar.

• Systems thinker: you've built content at scale through repeatable processes, not one-off pieces.

• AI-native: you've shipped at least one AI workflow that measurably improved content output.

• English fluency with near-native writing quality.

• Cross-functional operator: comfortable in product dashboards and collaboration tools, not just Google Docs.

• Track record of ownership: you've taken a content function from 0 to 1 or 1 to 10.

• Second language fluency (DE, ES, FR, PT, or IT).

• Background in wellness, fitness, mental health, or behavioral science.

• Video production experience (scripting, directing, editing).

• Experience with localization at scale.

Scale the craft. You'll help evolve how Leaply produces content — the tools, the processes, the standards behind it.

Content drives retention. What users engage with daily determines whether they come back tomorrow. You'll own that experience.

Real AI infrastructure. We're already running AI pipelines in production. You'll build on top of that from day one.
