THE ROLE & THE TEAM

We are looking for an innovative AI Content & Ideation Specialist (all genders) in Berlin to shape the future of AI-driven content creation within our Content Strategy Consideration & Curation (CSCC) team. This role is key in supporting the content ideation process by leveraging AI Content to enhance creativity, improve efficiency, and deliver content that is both relevant and timely. The expert will act as a key contributor to AI content ideation within CSCC, refining existing strategies and driving AI content development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI-powered tools and a passion for revolutionizing content creation. A fashion background is a plus.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Support the integration of AI Content tools into the content ideation process, assisting the CSCC team in developing innovative, data-driven content strategies that respond to emerging trends.

  • Help the content ideation team leverage AI for content generation, personalization, and optimization, ensuring high-quality creative output.

  • Contribute to refining the content ideation framework by developing best practices for AI implementation, allowing for scalable and efficient content creation.

  • Collaborate with the Content team to ensure AI-driven content aligns with overall content strategy, budgets, and resource planning for upcoming campaigns.

  • Translate AI-driven insights into actionable plans that empower the content ideation team to craft compelling and personalized stories that resonate with diverse audiences.

  • Work closely with the CSCC Team Lead to ensure AI content strategies support broader business objectives, driving engagement and relevance in all customer-facing content.

  • Advocate for AI-driven innovation and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the CSCC team, ensuring that content strategies remain agile and adaptable to the ever-changing digital landscape.

  • Collaborate with other team members within the CSCC team to ensure AI-driven content creation supports overarching storytelling and business strategy goals.

  • Assist in establishing new ways of working that seamlessly integrate AI into the content creation process, ensuring a holistic and future-forward approach to content ideation and execution.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience: 5+ years in content strategy, content marketing, or a creative role, with at least 2 years of experience in AI-driven content ideation or automation.

  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise with AI-driven platforms (Gemini, Midjourney, Adobe Creative Suite, Firefly, Comfy UI, CaptureOne, Digital Photography, Film).

  • Innovative Mindset: Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a forward-looking approach to AI’s potential in transforming content creation.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work across teams to align AI-driven content ideation with broader business goals.

  • Fluent in English.
