The Opportunity

This is a career-defining opportunity to shape the future of AI adoption for enterprise clients. You will be instrumental in transforming vague AI aspirations into structured, high-ROI business strategies. In this highly visible, billable role, you will bridge the critical gap between complex AI capabilities and strategic business transformation, directly influencing C-suite decision-making and driving tangible business value.

What You'll Do

In this unique role, you will move beyond traditional software configuration to deliver high-level strategic advisory that combines deep technical credibility with profound business acumen. You will engage directly with enterprise C-suites, translating complex AI concepts into clear ROI frameworks, guiding organizations through AI governance, and expertly managing risk. While possessing the technical chops to evaluate data architectures, LLMs, and integration viability, your primary deliverable will be strategy—not code. You will design architecturally sound, tech-agnostic roadmaps that ensure client AI ambitions can realistically deploy into their existing enterprise ecosystems, leveraging foundational familiarity with platforms like Salesforce and Sitetracker to ensure practical, actionable solutions that drive true business transformation.

The Skills You'll Have

AI Architecture & Data Readiness Evaluation

  • Audit client data infrastructure, including pipeline bottlenecks and data hygiene, to determine its readiness for specific AI models.

  • Fluently explain and justify the selection or rejection of specific LLMs or architectures based on critical business constraints like latency, privacy, and cost.

  • Demonstrate deep technical credibility to assess client data pipelines and judge integration viability without needing to write code.

  • Ship multiple production agents with measurable accuracy and safety outcomes, demonstrating a clear production track record.

  • Build reusable evaluation frameworks, guardrail patterns, or agent templates that have been adopted by others.

Strategic Enterprise Advisory

  • Present directly to C-suite or VP-level stakeholders, specifically defending an AI roadmap, governance policy, or risk-mitigation strategy.

  • Translate complex technical AI concepts into clear financial ROI frameworks or business-value metrics that secured executive buy-in.

  • Possess the executive presence to guide organizations through critical AI governance and risk management discussions.

  • Govern complex multi-environment organizations and establish robust administration standards and governance frameworks.

  • Navigate the boundaries between managed packages and custom development within an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) context.

Ecosystem Integration & Mapping

  • Design and implement solutions that successfully integrated with large, complex enterprise technology stacks.

  • Speak intelligently to the challenges of pushing and pulling data between modern AI tools and core platforms like Salesforce.

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of API limitations, data synchronization complexities, and ecosystem guardrails in enterprise environments.

  • Lead a team through a significant discipline or technology shift, demonstrating adaptability and strategic leadership.

  • Build effective onboarding programs, upskilling initiatives, knowledge bases, or communities of practice that enhance ecosystem proficiency.

Commercial Advisory & Value Scoping

  • Detail past experience operating successfully in a billable, utilization-tracked environment, such as a professional services or consulting firm.

  • Share specific examples of accurately scoping a Statement of Work (SOW) and managing client expectations around billable hours and deliverables.

  • Proactively discover and scope follow-on projects organically during an advisory engagement, driving ongoing revenue streams.

  • Quantify ROI and skillfully frame both risk and oversight discussions for non-technical C-suite executives.

  • Shape a strategic roadmap that clearly delineates what aspects of a business to automate and, critically, what not to.

Within 90 Days, You'll
  • Lead the initial implementation and delivery of our "AI Strategy Assessment" framework for key enterprise clients, establishing immediate value.

  • Engage with multiple C-suite stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases, assess data readiness, and begin building trust as a strategic advisor.

  • Contribute directly to the refinement of our billable service offerings, ensuring initial projects are accurately scoped and client expectations are proactively managed.

Within 180 Days, You'll
  • Drive consistent billable utilization, meeting initial revenue targets and contributing significantly to the growth of the professional services pipeline.

  • Successfully complete and deliver several comprehensive AI Strategy Assessments, culminating in architecturally sound, ecosystem-ready roadmaps for clients.

  • Establish strong working relationships with internal product and engineering teams, ensuring strategic alignment between client needs and our solution capabilities.

Within 365 Days, You'll
  • Fully establish and scale our greenfield AI advisory practice, becoming a recognized leader in transforming enterprise AI ambitions into tangible business outcomes.

  • Consistently exceed professional services revenue targets, identifying new opportunities and expanding the scope of our strategic engagements.
