Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designs, builds and implements cloud environments and components in accordance firm security guidelines and business needs.
- Uses knowledge and experience to integrate platforms and services using best practices.
- Migrates complex multi-tier application to/from cloud platforms.
- Implements cost-control strategies as required.
- Leverages orchestration and automation techniques to drive efficiency.
- Provides Tier 3 and root cause analysis support for technical issues within support platform and services.
- Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Firm authority in a timely fashion.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years professional experience in cloud engineering/architecture including cloud device management, security controls, and POC design/build in production cloud environments
- Multiple expert-level cloud certifications (Microsoft 365 Messaging/Teams/Security Administrator; Microsoft Azure Administrator/Security/DevOps/AI/Data Science; Solution Architect or equivalent)
- Proficiency with scripting and programming languages: JSON, Python, Ruby, C++, HTML, Java
- Extensive knowledge of web services and integration methods (API, REST, RPC)
- Strong understanding of networking and internet protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP)
- Experience leveraging orchestration and automation techniques (infrastructure automation/IaC and orchestration tools)
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, self-motivation, and ability to work across business, technical, and architectural teams
