What You Will Do
- Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities, define clear requirements, and deliver solutions that improve internal and partner experiences.
- Drive automations that shorten order-to-cash cycles, reduce manual touchpoints, and improve revenue accuracy and leakage prevention.
- Measure, report, and communicate impact and ROI; gather stakeholder feedback and iterate to continuously improve solutions.
- Test, deploy, and support automations in production; perform root-cause analysis and implement continuous improvements and incident remediation.
- Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation using approved low-code/no-code platforms across Salesforce, EDI integrations, SAP ERP, and other business applications.
- Architect and deploy advanced AI architecture patterns—including RAG, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and secure API/tool integrations—ensuring scalability, observability, and governed data access.
- Establish and enforce enterprise-grade governess and operational excellence: including testing, release management, monitoring, logging, access controls, and auditability for all automation and AI solutions.
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years of experience building enterprise-scale solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Microsoft Fabric in enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to establish enterprise AI governance models, including secure data access and role-based controls.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to map complex business processes into robust, maintainable technical architectures that span multiple systems.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and create clear requirements, designs, and impact reports.
- Ability to thrive in a global, cross-functional, collaborative environment, working with diverse teams across business, IT, and external partners.
- Hands-on experience implementing agentic AI, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and orchestration patterns in real-world applications.
- Practical experience integrating AI agents with Salesforce, ERP (SAP preferred), EDI protocols, and order-to-cash operational systems.
- Proven track record designing scalable, supportable low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Fabric) that minimize technical debt and fully align with enterprise IT guardrails
- Willing to work night shift (from 10PM to 7AM Manila)
- Programming experience (e.g., Python, SQL).
- Experience developing, training, and deploying machine learning models.
