This is a great opportunity to join Pricing Global Business Services (GBS) in Lisbon, supporting global pricing activity across 70+ countries and 100 legal entities. As an AI Chargeback & Pricing Specialist, you will perform a range of corporate analytics tasks while partnering with the business to deliver continuous improvements in service quality and optimize stakeholder experience. Working directly with the Pricing Manager as a key partner to our Pricing Centre of Excellence and Business Units, you will ensure the delivery of relevant, actionable, and sustainable performance insights.
Your role includes the creation and preparation of information for reporting, with active involvement in weekly/monthly/quarterly chargeback rebate dashboards, reports, and ad‑hoc analysis, forming the foundation for measurable performance indicators and integration into self‑serve tools for local stakeholders, while expanding the scope of GBS to support the business.
At the same time, you will modernize pricing analytics through AI/ML and BI automation, bridging day‑to‑day operational excellence with innovation by building models, data pipelines, and Power BI products that reduce manual effort, improve insight quality, and inform strategic pricing decisions across markets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
You may be involved in the following activities as part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
Collect, prepare, and review chargeback rebate information to support US contract operations, pricing, revenue management, accounts receivable, and finance reporting including monthly and quarterly dashboards, as well as ad-hoc analytics reports.
Provide financial and chargeback rebate support to key stakeholders across finance, accounting, and contract operations, ensuring optimal process and procedure implementation.
Maintain and enhance chargeback rebate reporting using Vistex, Power BI, SAP, and Hyperion, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant information delivery.
Collaborate with Global BI colleagues to expand and standardize reporting across regions (Europe, GEM, NA, HSG, IC) in line with SLA metrics and the overall pricing strategy.
Participate in group projects and cross-functional initiatives as they arise, contributing analytics expertise and supporting transformation goals.
Design and operationalize predictive and prescriptive models (e.g., elasticity, leakage, price–mix–volume drivers) that guide pricing actions and revenue forecasts.
Automate and optimize reporting processes and data pipelines, reducing manual effort and increasing data reliability.
Build and optimize Power BI semantic models (including DAX, RLS) and Microsoft Fabric data pipelines, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performing analytics solutions.
Integrate ERP/CRM and market data (SAP/Vistex, D365) into governed marts, ensuring data lineage, quality controls, and audit readiness.
Enable self-service analytics for stakeholders by developing dashboards, templates, and Copilot prompts, and providing training and support as needed.
Document and standardize reporting procedures, data pipelines, and model governance to support knowledge transfer, business continuity, and compliance.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics or data science.
Up to 3 years experience in analytics environment.
Previous experience working in shared services environment will be an advantage.
Fluent in English.
Strong analytical acumen and statistical modeling to determine the potential impact of chargeback rebates on profitability.
Strong analytical rigor, communication, and stakeholder management; ability to prioritize under tight deadlines in a matrix setting.
Ability to prioritise effectively to meet strict deadlines.
A customer-first mindset to fit with our “forever caring” brand with strong stakeholder management and seeking to work effectively in matrix team environment.
Proactivity and an “own it” mindset.
Other qualifications
Proficiency with Power BI (DAX, modeling, performance)
Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data prep, feature engineering, and analytics.
Ability to support a fast-paced high volume and diverse workload.
Ability to analyse data and draw conclusions and proposals from it, capable of going beyond number knowledge.
Working Conditions
We support a hybrid working approach with 1 day/week working from our Lisbon office.
Hybrid (Lisbon) with flexibility for US time‑zone collaboration during period closes and key cadences.
Occasional extended hours around month/quarter ends or deployment windows.
