About the Role

As our AI Catalyst, you will be the driving force behind converting Tylko into an AI-native organization on an operational level. Joining the Technology Team, you will serve as an internal catalyst for change, identifying process optimization opportunities across various business domains and working hands-on with different teams to accelerate AI adoption across the whole organization.

Your mission is to empower our people to understand, build, and maintain their own AI tools, moving away from a project-based mindset to a permanent, automated way of working. Acting as an orchestral conductor, you will bridge the gap between operational reality and intelligent automation, ensuring AI agents act as true teammates while preserving critical human-in-the-loop safeguards.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership, make things happen, and see your impact. Specifically, you will:

• Drive the operational transformation of the organization into an AI-native workspace by identifying and redesigning business processes

• Standardize a reusable company-wide AI tech stack and playbook, adhering to a strict build-vs-buy assessment before initiating custom development

• Manage and enrich the organization's contextual data and internal knowledge bases to maximize the decision-making precision of AI tools

• Support and enable internal teams through the full life-cycle of creating, deploying, and maintaining tailored AI modules and agents

• Coordinate and connect multi-agent systems, ensuring smooth interaction between automated instances and establishing clear human escalation triggers

• Oversee AI governance, data classification, and GDPR compliance while actively channeling shadow AI into secure, approved enterprise tools

• Monitor operational ROI, evaluate model limitations, and optimize token consumption costs across all deployed solutions

• Define exit criteria for each domain upfront, ensuring documented processes and self-sufficient teams rather than long-term dependency on your involvement

What we’re looking for:

• Solid seniority and a proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining operational AI solutions in an organization

• Hybrid profile combining technical proficiency to prototype solutions with strong business and process analysis skills

• Strong hands-on experience in exploring, prototyping, and integrating diverse AI models (e.g., marketing automation, generative graphics, data analytics)

• Deep understanding of AI governance, risk management, data security compliance, and product-level risk mitigation for customer-facing systems

• Proven background in change management and influencing teams to overcome resistance and successfully adopt new operational methods

• Fluent Polish and good command of English
