The Role

We are looking for an AI Business Consultant to help transform how we work across Kambi's corporate functions by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision-making through AI and automation.

This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the intersection of business analysis, process improvement, and emerging technology. You will spend time embedded with teams across Legal, Commercial, Finance, and People, understanding how they operate today, mapping processes, identifying pain points, and recommending practical AI-driven solutions.

This is not a Programme Manager position. However, experience leading business change initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, and driving projects to completion would be highly beneficial.

As an AI Business Consultant, your day-to-day work will look like:

  • Partner with Legal, Commercial, Finance, and People teams to understand current processes, workflows, and operational challenges.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather business requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Analyse existing processes and recommend AI, automation, and workflow optimisation solutions.
  • Translate business problems into clear technology and process requirements.
  • Evaluate AI tools and technologies, building business cases and recommendations for adoption.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to pilot and implement AI solutions.
  • Measure and report on the impact of AI initiatives, including efficiency gains, cost savings, and user adoption.
  • Support change management activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities that could create value across the business.
  • Help establish best practices, governance, and frameworks for responsible AI usage.

You'll be a great fit for the role if you:

  • Have a strong understanding of AI, automation, tooling and digital transformation concepts.
  • Have proven experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Operations Consulting, or a similar role.
  • Have experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and translating business needs into practical solutions.
  • Can confidently engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Are naturally curious and enjoy identifying opportunities to make businesses more efficient.
  • Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Have experience facilitating workshops and driving consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Can work independently while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation projects.
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms and AI productivity tools.
  • Some programme or project management experience.
  • Experience developing business cases and measuring ROI for change initiatives.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI principles, governance, and risk management.
  • Any exposure to finance systems, HR systems, legal operations, contract management, compliance processes, or legal technology would be beneficial.

Why this role is exciting

  • Help shape how AI is adopted across the business.
  • Work directly with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Drive meaningful operational improvements and measurable business outcomes.
  • Be at the forefront of applying AI to real-world business challenges.
  • Influence how Kambi works in the future through technology, innovation, and smarter processes.
