The Role

As an AI Business Consultant at Kyndryl, you will support clients in identifying strategic opportunities to remain competitive and differentiate themselves within their industry by leveraging artificial intelligence. This role combines deep industry expertise with a strong understanding of emerging technologies, enabling organizations to design and execute transformation strategies that are innovative, sustainable, and aligned with business objectives.

You will work closely with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into actionable AI-driven solutions, shaping adoption roadmaps and ensuring measurable impact across operations, customer engagement, and strategic growth. You will also stay at the forefront of industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements, providing strategic insights that help clients anticipate change and capitalize on new opportunities enabled by AI and data-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and define AI-driven opportunities aligned with business strategy within the FSS industry
• Translate complex business needs into AI-enabled solutions, use cases, and implementation roadmaps
• Design and support the execution of digital transformation strategies leveraging AI and data
• Advise clients on AI adoption, including operating models, governance, and value realization
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI initiatives with measurable business outcomes

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics) and their business applications

• Experience within the Financial Services (FSS) industry
• Exposure to AI implementation projects or AI transformation programs
• Proven experience in business consulting, digital transformation, or strategy roles with a focus on data-driven solutions
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into AI-enabled solutions, use cases, and roadmaps
• Solid knowledge of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies
