What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with business departments to map existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Select and design suitable AI and automation technologies to optimize workflows, integrating tools such as n8n, utilizing google cloud or other suitable platforms.
- Build, configure, test and deploy automations and integrations between systems, ensuring robustness, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work closely with business users to test, validate, and roll out automation solutions; provide training and support to ensure successful adoption.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for each automation, monitor outcomes, and ensure that tangible value (e.g., time saved, cost reduced, errors eliminated) is delivered.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing AI automations in production environments to maximize revenue and reduce costs.
- Proven hands-on experience of business process automation with AI in production environment.
- Hands-on experience with AI automation tools, AI aworkflows and Agents builders, such as n8n and others.
- Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and data workflows across modern SaaS applications, such as salesforce, hubspot, netsuite and others.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, AI, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Position available in both our Ashkelon and Tel Aviv offices.
Bonus Points if you have:
- Solid understanding of data flows and data integrations, experience with modern data cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks and SaaS solution such as salesforce, hubspot, Netsuite etc.
