AI Business Analyst

We’re looking for colleagues to join our team that spans the entire AI agenda, from AI strategy consulting, use-case discovery, roadmap development and AI solution implementation to user training, adoption, and value realisation. 

What you'll do 

As our new AI business analyst, you'll join a diverse team to plan projects and figure out what kind of solution would solve a client's challenge.  

Clients come to us needing AI solutions that solve business problems: a bot that answers citizens' questions, a tool that drafts meeting notes, or a solution that finds information buried in complex documents. Before we build anything, we work out what it should do – often by asking the people who'll use it what a good result looks like. 

That often means running interviews and workshops, then turning what you hear into requirements the technical team can build from. 

A solution nobody uses has no impact, however well it was built. So a large part of your role is making sure people actually adopt the new tool, and that someone owns it once we've left. This means working closely with communications teams, service desks, channel owners, and the manager whose department is about to change. 

You'll also spend a fair bit of time out of the office, running workshops and training people. You don't need to be experienced at facilitation from day one, but you do need to enjoy it, because there'll be a lot of it. 

What you’ll bring 

To succeed in this role, you must be tech savvy and have a deep interest in AI technology. While this is not a developer role, you will need to understand the technical side of AI – especially generative AI – well enough to work closely with the people building it. Maybe you have a technical background and want to build your advisory and commercial skills on top of it. Maybe you come from comms or digital and have taught yourself the technology because you just couldn’t help yourself. 

We welcome applicants at different stages of their career – from newly graduated to more experienced – and will evaluate applications accordingly, looking for how you think and how you see yourself growing in this role. 

Finally, it's a hard requirement that you speak and write both Danish and English.
