Position Overview
We are seeking a business savvy AI Business Analyst to partner directly with our client's business units, understand processes and challenges, identify high value AI and GenAI opportunities, and translate them into clearly defined use cases and requirements for data and AI engineering teams. This role supports one of our client's business units, with potential to expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Run requirements discovery and stakeholder workshops.
- Map processes and document current and future state.
- Identify and prioritize AI and GenAI use cases by business value.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and data requirements.
- Define KPIs and value measures for each use case.
- Coordinate with data engineers and AI developers, and support UAT and adoption.
- Communicate with executives and report business impact.
- Help build the case for expanding the engagement.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Strong business analysis experience.
- Requirements discovery, process mapping, and current and future state analysis.
- User stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT.
- AI and GenAI fundamentals, including LLM and RAG concepts.
- Use case definition and KPI and value definition.
- Executive communication.
- Must be local to Indianapolis, IN and able to work onsite.
