AI & Automation Working Student (m/w/d)

We are looking for a curious and proactive working student to support our AI Services team in bringing automation and AI experimentation to life. You'll help us explore, prototype, and document how AI agents and no-code tools can enhance marketing, sales, operations, and internal workflows. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with emerging technologies while contributing to both internal initiatives and client-facing enablement.

• Automate & Optimize Processes
  Use no-/low-code tools like Make, Airtable, and LLMs to streamline workflows across teams. Help design greenfield solutions and orchestrate multiple automations.
• Experiment with AI Agents
  Support our prototyping efforts for agentic workflows using tools like Relay.app, Make.com, Lindy.ai, Relevance AI.
• Develop our AI Knowledge Base
  Explore emerging AI tools, document potential business use cases, create tool summaries, and maintain an internal library of AI knowledge.
• Content Support
  Contribute to the creation of written and visual content that explains AI use cases or tool applications, for internal documentation, LinkedIn, or client-facing material.
• Enablement Support
  Share relevant AI news, tools, and use cases through Slack updates or short Loom recordings. Help produce internal formats that contribute to educating the team on emerging trends.
• Event Support
  Assist with organizing and supporting our presence at relevant industry fairs, and help us host webinars for selected clients.

• Pursuing a degree in technology or business with a technological focus at a top university
• Keen to work entrepreneurially to make processes more efficient
• Practical experience with Make.com or Zapier workflows (personal or academic projects welcome)
• Familiarity with or strong interest in no-code AI agent tools (e.g. Relevance AI, Make agents, Relay.app)
• Comfortable learning and documenting digital tools and processes
• Structured working style and strong communication skills
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
