We are seeking a Summer Intern to partner with our Technical Support organization to explore how AI and automation can enhance support operations, streamline internal processes, and improve customer experience. 

This is an 11-week internship program beginning on or about June 1, designed for students who are curious, analytical, and excited about applying emerging technology to real business challenges. 


What 
You’ll Work On
 

As a Technical Support AI Automation Intern, you will collaborate with support leaders and engineers to identify opportunities where AI tools, automation, and workflow improvements can make the team more efficient. 

Projects may include: 

  • Evaluating AI tools that can assist with support case triage, response drafting, or knowledge retrieval 

  • Helping automate repetitive internal processes within the Technical Support workflow 

  • Analyzing support data to identify trends, common issues, and opportunities for improvement 

  • Assisting with improvements to the support knowledge base using AI-assisted documentation tools 

  • Collaborating with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to prototype process improvements 

  • Presenting project outcomes and recommendations to leadership at the end of the internship 

This role is designed to give students hands-on experience applying AI in a real SaaS business environment while building practical skills in operations, analytics, and technology adoption.

What We’re Looking For 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field 

  • Interest in AI, automation, and operational efficiency 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 

  • Comfortable learning new technologies and tools quickly 

  • Strong presentation skills
