Job Title: Workflow Developer
Reports to: Engineering Manager
Location: Bangalore, India. Full Time - Office
Key Relationships: Marketing, Support, Engineering, Product.

Work Hours: European Time Zone.

Job Purpose: 

As a Workflow Developer you’ll lead the charge in embedding AI into our workflows, enabling our teams and customers to work smarter, faster, and more creatively. You’ll spot opportunities for automation, rapidly prototype solutions, and turn them into reliable systems that power real business outcomes.

This role is perfect for someone who is deeply curious about AI and business automations, thrives on collaboration, and brings strong business maturity alongside a builder’s mindset.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate: Sit alongside teams to deeply understand their pain points, map and rethink their workflows, design automations.
• Prioritize: Identify and prioritize processes which can be automated, across all departments, with a strict return on investment approach.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build MVP automations using tools like Zapier, N8N, MCP servers, and LLM APIs to remove bottlenecks.
• Scale: Turn prototypes into robust, observable, and scalable systems with clear error handling and monitoring.
• Debug & Optimize: Investigate failures, refine prompts, and improve logic for reliable AI performance.
• Measure Impact: Quantify hours saved, adoption rates, and tangible business outcomes.
• Drive AI adoption: Create playbooks, host workshops, train colleagues on new automations adoption, and guide the organization on safe, effective use of AI.

Who you are?:

• A builder at heart - whether from software engineering, no-code automation, or product ops.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, N8N, MCP, OpenAI/Claude/Gemini, etc.).
• Obsessive about details and reliability - you think about edge cases before they happen.
• Strong collaborator who works naturally across teams, communicates clearly, and builds trust quickly.
• Curious, resourceful, and relentless in learning new tools, frameworks, and approaches.
