Position Summary
1. In the development and mass production stage, check product specifications, functions and performs audits and tests of software products in accordance with software test plans and ensure software quality.2. After mass-producing, check software failure and confirm the improvement. Prevent the defect recurrence through failure management and updating the test case or test procedure.
3. In product software whole side, evaluate user aesthetic and convenient quality and make improvement to secure product competitiveness.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Building testing infrastructure] Help setting up an evaluation environment for software testing and suggesting an automation tool, etc.
2. [Testing development management] Follow test cases based on requirements and specifications, test process, and function evaluation standards.
3. [Testing software] Support to test software functions, non-functions, codes, and usability based on a development process within a certain period of time.
4. [Software defect management] Help to identify software defects and confirm improvement and acquisition of functions during development and mass production stages.
5. [Project management] Support to develop a plan according to a testing process by development stage and to follow the processes.
Skills and Qualifications
• A skilled or highly-skilled specialist that completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways
• May contribute to the development of concepts and techniques as well as complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways
• Works on assignments, including complex assignments, requiring considerable judgement and initiative
• May determine methods and procedures on new assignments
• May mentor or coach team members
• Typically requires a minimum 5 years of experience since TB1
