⚙️ Project OverviewThis role is within the Revenue Process Automation (RPA) team, a core vertical under the new Revenue Transformation organization, which supports the Global Revenue Organization (GRO) led by the Chief Revenue Officer. The mission is to drive automation and productivity across critical revenue-generating processes in partnership with Sales, Client Success, and internal tooling teams.
You will play an entrepreneurial role focused on creating efficiency, automation, and AI/Agent use cases. The project involves running a unified intake process, identifying high-impact automations, and accelerating the technical build-out of solutions. The focus is on process automation, data integration, and workflow optimization within key internal tools, primarily Salesforce. You will add vital technical capacity to build solutions, perform business analysis, and ensure governance continuity in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities- Design and implement high-value automations and AI/agent use cases for Sales and Client Success teams using tools like n8n and/or proprietary internal platforms.
- Lead the technical build-out of automation solutions, focusing on process optimization, data integration, and workflow improvements within the revenue operations ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce).
- Actively participate in the unified intake and prioritization process ("single front door"), providing technical assessments and helping score the impact of requested automations.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data, primarily from Snowflake, to support automation efforts and business analysis.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Client Success, and internal product/tech teams to mature tools, standards, and governance for automation at scale, ensuring end-to-end solution delivery.
- 5+ years of professional experience in automation engineering, process improvement, or business systems analysis with a strong technical focus.
- Proven hands-on experience utilizing automation/workflow tools such as n8n (preferred), Zapier, or similar low-code/no-code platforms for complex integrations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and transforming large datasets, with specific experience using Snowflake or other modern data warehouses.
- Demonstrated ability to be entrepreneurial, curious, and proactive in exploring internal tools and identifying opportunities for efficiency when given a problem space.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and working effectively within a remote team environment.
- Fluent English for daily communication (written and verbal).
- Experience with Salesforce administration, development (Apex/Lightning), or deep familiarity with Sales/Client Success processes within the platform.
- Experience with AI/ML tooling or building Agent-based workflows to enhance productivity.
- Familiarity with internal search and knowledge management tools like Glean.
- Prior experience in the Global Revenue Organization (GRO) or Go-To-Market (GTM) operations.
- Experience coordinating with internal product/tech teams on tool governance and maturation.
This is a 100% remote position for candidates located in Latin America (LATAM).
🤝 Time Zone & CollaborationThe role requires significant daily overlap and collaboration with teams operating primarily on US Eastern Time (EST). Flexibility to align your working hours to maximize this overlap is expected.
