The Team
As an AI/Automation Business Analyst, you will gather requirements, design process automation workflows, and create visual dashboards to support enterprise AI initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical specifications and ensure successful delivery of automation solutions.
The Role
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
Engage with business stakeholders to capture requirements for AI and automation projects.
Document process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for automation initiatives.
Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization.
Visual Board & Dashboard Design
Create interactive visual boards and dashboards for process tracking and performance monitoring.
Utilize tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau for visualization and reporting.
Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights and align with business KPIs.
Automation Workflow Design
Collaborate with technical teams to design automation workflows using AI and RPA platforms.
Define integration points between automation tools and enterprise systems.
Validate automation logic and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Governance & Documentation
Maintain business process documentation, workflow diagrams, and audit-ready records.
Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s or master’s in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years in business analysis; 2+ years in automation or AI-related projects.
Proven experience creating visual boards and dashboards using BI tools.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, RPA platforms, and workflow orchestration.
Business Analyst certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is mandatory.
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure a plus).
Exposure to Agentic AI workflows, LLMs, and conversational analytics.
Knowledge of process mining tools and automation frameworks.
Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or RPA technologies.
