What you'll do:

We are seeking a motivated AI & Automation Analyst to support both the Collaboration Solutions Product Manager and the AI & Automation Specialist roles. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the digital collaboration and AI/automation domains, directly contributing to projects that drive business transformation, process automation, and platform optimization.

In detail, you will:

- Assist in understanding user and stakeholder needs across collaboration platforms and AI-driven solutions. Gather feedback, support surveys, and help foster communities of practice to drive adoption and satisfaction.

- Support the development and execution of internal communication and marketing strategies to promote new features, best practices, and success stories. Contribute to change management initiatives to increase user engagement.

- Assist in managing the lifecycle of collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Slack) and AI agents by supporting onboarding/offboarding, license tracking, renewals, and platform analytics.

- Contribute to process documentation, support automation initiatives, and help monitor performance analytics. Participate in workshops focused on transforming ways of working and optimizing processes.

- Assist with vendor management activities, including organizing meetings, documenting outcomes, and helping coordinate ongoing service delivery with partners such as Microsoft.

- Support efforts to ensure IT security and data privacy compliance for collaboration and AI solutions by assisting with documentation, audits, and alignment with internal policies.

- Help track platform usage, monitor license consumption, and contribute to cost optimization and budgeting activities for collaboration and AI initiatives.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

- Familiarity with Microsoft platforms (SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams)

-Growth mindset with willingness to learn and explore innovative solutions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with various stakeholders.

- Organized, fact-based, and persistent approach, even in times of uncertainty

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment

- Self-motivated, service-oriented, and curious about new technologies

- Fluent English

Where you'll be:

You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams.
