Position Title: AI Automation Analyst
Business Unit: Strategy and Innovation
Reports to: Manager of AI Delivery and Enablement
Position Overview:
The AI Automation Analyst supports the execution, testing, and documentation of AI‑enabled and automated workflows across banking processes. This role assists senior team members by configuring tools, preparing data, and monitoring automated processes while learning enterprise AI and automation platforms. The position contributes to operational efficiency initiatives while adhering to established governance, risk, security, and compliance standards and does not independently design architectures or deploy production solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support automation initiatives by configuring and executing predefined workflows using approved automation and AI tools.
Assist senior analysts and engineers with data preparation, basic transformations, and validation activities for automation use cases.
Execute routine automation tasks following documented procedures, standards, and internal controls.
Perform testing and monitoring of automated processes and escalate issues or anomalies to appropriate team members.
Document processes, workflow steps, and outcomes to support audit, compliance, and operational transparency.
Participate in process mapping sessions to understand current‑state workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
Learn and apply enterprise AI and automation platforms through training and hands‑on support of live initiatives.
Follow data security, privacy, and access controls when working with systems and data in accordance with enterprise policies.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
