Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to accelerate business growth by leading full-funnel marketing initiatives from campaign ideation to execution, translating our value proposition into compelling and data-informed programs that drive awareness, qualified pipeline, and revenue while expanding our impact across mission-driven organizations.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and adoption among nonprofit and education partners
Translate organizational goals into growth strategies that expand reach, deepen trust, and drive sustainable partner acquisition
Plan and launch multi-channel initiatives across content, email, social, partnerships, and paid media to educate and activate mission-aligned audiences
Craft clear and compelling messaging that simplifies complex fundraising and workplace giving concepts for diverse stakeholders
Collaborate closely with sales, and client success teams to align campaigns with pipeline priorities and community needs
Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve conversions, engagement, and partner outcomes
Build scalable marketing systems, playbooks, and assets that enable long-term growth and greater social impact
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience, ideally within SaaS environments
Demonstrated success in previous roles, supported by academic and career achievements
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Preferred Skills
Experience working with nonprofits or in Saas fundraising tech.

Hiring Process
Our hiring process is intentionally tough and time-consuming because this is a competitive role with competitive compensation. Select candidates will be invited to complete a one-way video interview and an initial screening interview. Once you pass the initial screening, a number of online assessments testing your critical thinking and English skills will be sent. Select candidates will be invited to an hour-long Zoom interview with the President of the company.

BenefitsHourly compensation is in USD
Starting salary: ₱100,000/month
In addition to base salary, we provide a company contribution to help cover health insurance and other self-selected benefits
Target of 42.5 billable hours per week
You’ll also accrue Life Leave, which can be cashed out annually as additional income
