Summarized Purpose:
We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable AI/ML solutions that enable business transformation and operational excellence. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
7–10 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or AI/ML platform development
3+ years of experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments preferred
Major Job Responsibilities:
Design and architect scalable AI/ML solutions and enterprise integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities and use cases.
Define and drive AI strategy, roadmap, and enterprise AI adoption initiatives.
Develop architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices for AI solutions.
Lead implementation of machine learning, generative AI, RAG, and agentic AI applications.
Design scalable AI platforms, model serving frameworks, and AI infrastructure.
Define integration patterns for APIs, cloud services, event-driven architectures, and enterprise systems.
Define architecture patterns for vector databases, semantic search, and LLM optimization.
Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, performance, and responsible AI requirements.
Establish AI governance, model lifecycle management, and operational best practices.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to design scalable data pipelines and AI-enabled data architectures.
Lead AI projects from ideation through production deployment and operationalization.
Provide technical leadership and mentor development, engineering, and AI teams.
Support deployment automation, monitoring, MLOps, and optimization of AI platforms and services.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong expertise in AI/ML technologies and enterprise solution architecture.
Experience with cloud platforms and AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
Experience designing enterprise AI platforms and production-grade AI systems.
Strong understanding of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and LLM optimization techniques.
Familiarity with DevOps, MLOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent).
Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, model risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Experience with NLP, multimodal AI, and advanced generative AI patterns.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Must Have Skills:
AI/ML solution architecture expertise.
Experience with generative AI, LLM-based applications, RAG, and agentic AI workflows.
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
API, microservices, and event-driven architecture design.
Python programming and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and LLM optimization.
Experience designing and deploying enterprise AI platforms and production AI systems.
Experience with DevOps, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model lifecycle management.
